Section 1
Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Pupchu Tech Private Limited, which operates b2bsilvish. By browsing, requesting an OTP, creating an account, submitting a requirement, publishing a listing or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Centre.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. Do not use the service if you do not accept these Terms.
Section 2
What b2bsilvish does
b2bsilvish is a manufacturer discovery, structured-requirement and lead-management platform. It helps buyers find manufacturers, compare declared product information, create verified enquiries, share eligible requirements with relevant manufacturers and contact manufacturers directly.
b2bsilvish is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, agent, broker, transporter, inspection agency, escrow provider or contracting party for a product transaction. Orders, samples, contracts, prices, taxes, payments, delivery, warranties and after-sales obligations are agreed directly between buyer and manufacturer.
Section 3
Accounts, OTP and account security
Buyer and supplier accounts use verified mobile numbers and OTP. Successful verification may automatically create or resume an account. You must control the phone number, keep the device secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
OTP codes are confidential. Our staff and manufacturers will never ask you to disclose an OTP. We may require renewed verification, end trusted-device sessions, rate-limit requests or suspend access where fraud, misuse or security risk is suspected.
- Provide accurate, current account and company information.
- Do not impersonate another person or company or create accounts to evade restrictions.
- Supplier team members must use their own authorised access and appropriate role.
Section 4
Buyer requirements and contact disclosure
A lead is created only after the buyer submits the required product information and verifies the mobile number. When an enquiry starts from a listing, it is a direct lead for that manufacturer. If the buyer separately agrees to related matching, the requirement may also be shared with eligible relevant manufacturers and shown in the lead marketplace according to the selected consent.
Manufacturer phone and WhatsApp details are revealed only after the verified submission step. Submitting a requirement does not oblige a manufacturer to quote or a buyer to purchase. Quantity below a displayed MOQ may still be submitted and will be clearly identified.
- Requirements must be genuine, sufficiently specific and lawful.
- Contact information may be used only for the stated business enquiry.
- No scraping, resale, bulk harvesting, spam, harassment or unrelated marketing is allowed.
Section 5
Manufacturer-only rule
A supplier presenting itself on b2bsilvish must actually manufacture the listed products or control the disclosed manufacturing facility and process to the standard required by the Verification Policy. Traders, brokers, resellers and directory-only agents may not misrepresent themselves as manufacturers.
We may request GST, PAN, Udyam, factory-address, utility, machinery, production, employee, licence, certification, invoice or other evidence. Refusal, inconsistency or suspected misrepresentation may lead to a withheld badge, listing pause, account restriction or removal.
Section 6
Listings and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Pupchu Tech Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, resize, translate, index, display and promote that content only for operating, securing, improving and marketing b2bsilvish and the supplier storefront generated from approved information.
You confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, not misleading and that you own it or have permission to use it. We may correct formatting, request evidence, move taxonomy, add disclosure labels, reject, pause, delist or remove content under the Listing and Intellectual-Property Policies.
- Indicative price, MOQ, capabilities and specifications must reflect a genuine offer scope.
- Certificates and customer logos require authorisation and must not exaggerate their scope.
- Do not upload confidential drawings or personal data unless the relevant person has authorised it.
Section 7
Verification and badges
Verification means only that specified evidence was reviewed at a specified time. It is not a guarantee of capacity, quality, solvency, regulatory compliance, product suitability, response, delivery or future conduct. Paid, Growth or Sponsored membership does not itself create a verification badge.
Buyers must perform appropriate commercial, technical and legal due diligence, including samples, contracts, licences, certifications, inspections and payment safeguards, before entering a transaction.
Section 8
Search, matching and sponsored placement
Search and lead matching may consider taxonomy, product attributes, manufacturer capability, location, MOQ, verification, listing completeness, responsiveness, reviews, availability, buyer intent and platform safety. A match percentage is an aid, not a guarantee.
Sponsored manufacturers may receive highlighted placement, but sponsored status is labelled. It does not replace relevance, verification or quality controls, and it does not guarantee a particular rank, impression, lead or sale.
Section 9
Reviews and verified interactions
Only a buyer connected through a verified platform lead may review that manufacturer. Reviews are labelled “Verified interaction”, not “Verified purchase”, because b2bsilvish does not process or independently confirm the transaction.
Reviews must describe a genuine interaction, remain relevant and avoid confidential, abusive, defamatory, incentivised or manipulated content. We may delay, moderate, reject or remove reviews and allow a response or dispute process.
- Manufacturers must not buy, fabricate or pressure buyers for positive reviews.
- Buyers must not use reviews to threaten, extort or demand benefits.
- A disagreement alone does not automatically make a review removable.
Section 10
Paid services
Supplier memberships are annual unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Prices are shown exclusive of GST where indicated. Entitlements, sponsored placements, account-manager support, catalogue reviews, storefront availability and any tracked-sales 50% refund guarantee are governed by the plan displayed at purchase, the Supplier Membership Terms and the authorised order summary.
No automatic renewal occurs unless the supplier separately authorises a recurring mandate or renewal at checkout. Cancellation, duplicate payment, expiry grace and the eligibility and calculation rules for a tracked-sales guarantee are governed by the Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Section 11
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, sanctioned, stolen, controlled or prohibited products or content.
- Fraud, fake identities, false factory claims, deceptive prices, bait listings or fabricated certificates.
- Malware, automated scraping, reverse engineering, interference, load testing without permission or attempts to bypass security.
- Harassment, discrimination, threats, obscenity, child sexual abuse material, privacy violations, misinformation or content that violates applicable law.
- Selling, transferring or using buyer leads outside the relevant business purpose, or contacting buyers after an opt-out.
Section 12
Moderation, suspension and termination
We may investigate, request information, restrict features, hold verification, reduce distribution, pause a listing, remove content, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, non-payment or platform integrity. Urgent action may occur before notice; otherwise we may provide a reason and reasonable opportunity to respond.
Soft-deleted records and audit history may be retained where necessary for security, disputes, legal duties and preventing repeated abuse. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations or provisions that should reasonably survive.
Section 13
Third-party services and communications
The platform may rely on providers for hosting, authentication, SMS, email, payments, analytics, security, storage and support. Their services may be subject to separate terms. External links and manufacturer websites are provided for convenience; b2bsilvish is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
With the relevant consent or service relationship, we may send OTPs, lead alerts, verification reminders, service messages and permitted marketing. Users may manage optional communications, but essential security, billing and transactional notices may still be sent.
Section 14
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a minimum number or quality of leads, manufacturer response, buyer intent, product quality, transaction completion, revenue, ranking or fitness for a particular purpose.
Indicative prices, MOQ, availability, certificates, capacity, images and profile information are provided by manufacturers or derived from submitted evidence and may change. Users must independently confirm all material terms before relying on them.
Section 15
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pupchu Tech Private Limited and its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity, reputation or data, or for acts and omissions of buyers, manufacturers or third parties. Our aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the affected service during the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
You will be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, inaccurate claims, product or transaction obligations, data misuse, infringement or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 16
Changes, governing law and grievances
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. Material changes will be notified as required, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; you may stop using the service and cancel future renewal if you disagree.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory non-waivable rights, courts in New Delhi, Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before proceedings, submit a written grievance through the Help and Contact form with your account, relevant URL, evidence and requested resolution so we can attempt to resolve it.
