Frequently asked questions
How do I contact a manufacturer?
Open a listing, complete the relevant requirement details and verify your mobile. Phone and WhatsApp are revealed only after a lead is created.
What if my quantity is below the MOQ?
You can still submit. Both you and the manufacturer will see that the requested quantity is below the displayed MOQ.
Will my requirement go to every supplier?
No. A direct enquiry goes to the selected manufacturer. Related sharing happens only with your consent and only with relevant eligible manufacturers.
How does manufacturer verification work?
We review company identity, manufacturing capability and catalogue claims. Verification supports discovery but is not a guarantee of product quality or commercial performance.
Does b2bsilvish accept traders or resellers?
No. Report suspected misrepresentation through the form on this page and our team can review the profile and supporting evidence.
