Section 1
Respect for intellectual property
b2bsilvish respects copyright, trademark, patent, design, trade-secret and other lawful rights. Suppliers may publish only content and products they are authorised to use, manufacture and promote.
A listing, customer logo, certificate, photograph, drawing or product design must not be copied merely because it is available online or was supplied by another marketplace user.
Section 2
Supplier responsibilities
- Own or hold permission for every image, logo, description, drawing, certificate and brand used.
- Have the lawful right to manufacture and offer the displayed product.
- Do not use another brand in a title, keyword or image in a misleading way.
- Do not disclose buyer drawings, prototypes or confidential specifications without authority.
- Keep licence, authorisation and source evidence and provide it during an investigation.
Section 3
Submitting an infringement notice
A rights owner or authorised representative should use the Help form and select the legal or report topic. The notice should be specific enough for us to locate the content and assess authority.
- Full legal name, company, contact details and authority to act.
- Type of right and the registration number, jurisdiction and owner where applicable.
- Exact b2bsilvish URL for each disputed listing, profile, image or review.
- Description of the protected work or right and why the identified use infringes it.
- Supporting registration, original work, authorisation, comparison images or other evidence.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised and the submitted information is accurate.
- Electronic or physical signature of the rights owner or authorised representative.
Section 4
Review and interim action
We may ask for clarification, verify authority, preserve evidence, restrict visibility, remove content, notify the supplier or decline an incomplete or abusive notice. Urgent action may be taken where the evidence and risk justify it.
We do not decide complex ownership, licence or patent-validity disputes like a court. Parties may need to provide a binding order, settlement or further evidence.
Section 5
Supplier response or counter-notice
A supplier who believes content was removed by mistake may respond with the listing ID, identity, explanation, ownership or licence evidence and a statement accepting responsibility for the response. Do not submit fabricated authorisations or disclose unrelated personal data.
We may restore content where the complaint is withdrawn, evidence resolves the issue or applicable process permits restoration. Restoration is not a declaration that no infringement exists.
Section 6
Repeat and serious infringement
We may warn, restrict listing creation, remove listings, withhold verification, suspend storefront publication or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement. We may also preserve and disclose records when lawfully required.
Deliberately false complaints, intimidation or misuse of the process may result in restriction and liability under applicable law.
Section 7
Confidential designs and buyer attachments
b2bsilvish does not grant manufacturers ownership of buyer requirements, drawings or attachments. A manufacturer may use them only to assess and respond to that enquiry unless a separate agreement permits more.
Buyers should share only what is necessary at the lead stage and use an appropriate confidentiality and manufacturing agreement before disclosing commercially sensitive designs.
Section 8
b2bsilvish name and platform content
b2bsilvish branding, interface, code, taxonomy presentation and original platform content belong to Pupchu Tech Private Limited or its licensors. A supplier’s storefront licence does not permit copying, reselling or white-labelling the underlying platform outside the provided service.
Permitted links and ordinary screenshots must not imply endorsement, ownership or partnership.
