The target is calculated from the actual base subscription fee paid before GST: 1.5× for Growth or 1.7× for Sponsored. The refund is 50% of the actual captured subscription payment, including the proportional GST collected, and is returned to the original payment method with a GST credit note where required. Eligibility requires an approved manufacturer profile, an accurate active catalogue, timely lead responses, recorded outcomes and reasonable attribution evidence.
